Hosta Roots
My family wants to plant a series of hostas along a boundary where my
neighbour has mature but well pruned conifers. My side of the border is in the shade most of the day and the ground in Summer can be very dry in this area. My question is do Hostas have large roots and will they search for water if little is available ? I am also concerned about the distance Hostas can be placed near a house. Thanks. Mike. |
