Default Does Juniperus chinensis 'Kaizuka' grow in the British Isles?

Does anyone know if Juniper chinensis 'Kaizuka' aka J.c. 'Torulosa' aka
Hollywood juniper grow in the British Isles? If not why not? If so why is it
not more commonly seen? I saw it first about a year ago in L.A. it is very
common there. With 'architectural' plants so much in fashion here I cant
believe this tree isn't more popular-unless I doesn't grow here
Thanks
Alan.
