Default Hummingbird Hawk Moth

I've just seen the first Hummingbird Hawk Moth in our garden. It seems to
have left its arrival a bit late, hasn't it? Anyway, it was zooming around
the Salvia involucrata outside the office window so perhaps it's been busy
elsewhere in the garden and has gone un-spotted by us.
Last year, they were a regular feature on the same plant in the early
evening but I'm sure it was earlier in the year.
