Can anyone help identify the following tree:-

I dunno (looks like a eucalyptus to me, but I'm not into eucalyptus) but
is that a Choisya in the background of the first pic?

If you are on about the lime green looking bush then yes, someone has
mentioned its a choisya, but I am not expert (yet!!).

Just crushed a few leaves in my hand from the tree and there was a
definate smell of eucalyptus there :)
