Default What is this?

Hiya,

Can anyone help identify the following tree:-

Just moved into the house and am gradually working out what all the
forna is!

is that a Choisya in the background of the first pic?

If you are on about the lime green looking bush then yes, someone has
mentioned its a choisya, but I am not expert (yet!!).

Just crushed a few leaves in my hand from the tree and there was a
definate smell of eucalyptus there

possibly eucalyptus nipophila or debeuzevillei (spelling?)
