The Flower Expert by Dr. D.G. Hessayon states that the Purple Cornflower
"thrives in any well-drained garden soil, in full sun" ......... "an easy
plant to grow but a hungry one, add compost before planting and feed during
summer".
Incidently, when you write your gardening encyclopedia and become rich and
famous, I hope you never forget us urglers.
