Default Prunus serrulata kwanzan

I am interested in a fast growing flowering cherry for the central place of my front garden, ideally to become large enough to partially shade my house.

Have read around and believe a Prunus serrulata kwanzan is suitable but cannot find any retailers selling such (esp online), anyone any suggestions
