Default Late planting bulbs newbie

I purchased a bag of various bulbs in the autumn and have never got around
to planting them. Can I plant them now?

It shouldn't hurt them but the results will depend on what they are. I
suspect they're spring-flowering such as daffodils or tulips as you bought
them in the autumn when they should have been planted so you may get flowers
later in the year but I wouldn't count on it.

Thanks for your rapid reply.

Yes they are daffs etc.

Will they flower next year or just rot?
