Are paprika peppers, pimentos, and "cheese peppers" all the same thing?

dunno what a cheese pepper is but figuring it's a red
pepper that is chopped up and put in cheese spreads?

anyways, i'd say they could all be the same, but i'm
sure that specialists in each area would say they could
also be different.
