If you are willing to take "frost prevention action" they can be put out
now....my last frost date is May 30th. and my plants are inground now...I
keep a close watch on the weather and with the slightest sign of frost they
are covered with a couple of layers of newspapers...also you can use Walls
of Water/////HW
