If your daylily bloom lasted more than the day, I would like to buy that
plant! Unless you are talking of the plant itself only flowering for a
couple of days. Daylily as the name suggests has a bloom that last a day.

A bouganvillia is a flowing vine whose color is actually in the leaves. The
flowers are tiny and cream colored in the center of about three leaves. It
comes int bright reds, oranges, magenta and has nasty thorns.

Oh and one more question. My mother gave me a very strange plant. It

purple flowers all throughout winter and then the flowers turn to leaves
