Default Queeen Elizabeth Roses

Mine usually flower in mid summer and then last for weeks if we don't have
too much rain.

Some simply start later than others. My mother's Queen Elizabeth
hasn't bloomed yet either, while her Betty Boop is putting out like
nobody's business. In my yard, Pebble Beach, Taboo, and First Prize
are just now forming buds, yet Brigadoon and Kentucky Derby are in
their second flushes of blooms.

QE may have problems with your climate (I have heard it can be fussy),
but if you only planted it this year, it's certainly too soon to
declare a verdict. They could just be taking time to get used to
their new environment.
