Climbing Queen Elizabeth is a dud - it almost never flowers despite
being an immensely strong grower.

The bush form is much better. If that's what you have, be a bit patient.
Feed the bush generously - it grows big and tall. Without feeding it
will bloom for you once it's established, but you'll get better results
sooner with fertiliser.
