Hello all

I have planted 2 queen elizabeth rose bushes this year and they have not
even bloomed yet, no buds i can see and also i planted 2 other bushes and
they are blooming, are queen elizabeths just a pain in the butt?

I'm far from an expert, but my QE is my fav rose (excepting Lemmons'
Immortal grin) in my garden. Right now there are no buds yet, but
we've been having a long, cold, wet (yes, wet in S. Idaho) spring and the
only two that have buds are Lemmons' Immortal and some mystery huge
thornless bush that gets millions of lavender flowers that all open at
almost the same instant. Last year, my QE was the first bloom in the
garden.
