Some _very_ tentative suggestions:

1) Astragalus monspessulanus?
2) Very hard to say without leaves, but perhaps Convolvulus althaeoides?
3) Ditto: Lactuca perennis?
5) Linum suffruticosum?
6) Linum narbonense? (But could be one of a number of Linums - no scale)

Without leaves and other plant details, without size indications, and
without habitat descriptions, it's very hard to be positive about any of
these, so please don't take them as reliable. But the list above are mostly
widespread sub-Mediterranean things, which fits in with your finding them
only on the southern side of the Pyrenees.
