We have already eaten leaf lettuce, radishes, green onions, the potato
plants are almost 1 and 1/2 half feet tall. will eat new potatoes next
week.. The peas are blooming, the sweet corn is 8 inches tall, squash is
blooming, beans are 5 inches tall, and everything else is doing good. We
are in Nashville Tennessee.

Sounds good!

We're eating lettuce and various Asian greens (stir-fried or
in salads) - hon tsai tai, baby bok choy, choy sum. That's
it so far. Swiss chard will be ready to pick in a few days,
and we'll have broccoli (Small Miracle) pretty soon.

I've not yet planted our squash out - just started it under
lights. It will go out in a week or two when our weather
has warmed up some more. The tomatoes are all out in the
garden, protected by WalloWaters.

We're in PA's chilly Northern Tier, one of the colder areas
of Zone 5. Our theoretical last frost date is June 1.
