Are you calling the Natal Plum (Carissa grandiflora) a true

tropical? They
may not be reliably cold hardy in Tallahassee but they are more

hardy than
Ficus.

Well, now that I actually look it up, my true tropical list is
back down to 1! Still Zone 9 is less than "not reliably cold
hardy" and I'll have to bring the danged thing in this winter!
