Yup, those UV (blue) fluorescent shaped tubes you see in a lot of food
places and sometimes hairdressers do that. But it's not likely to be
effective unless you have it in a position that there are no shadows -
wherever you have a shadow cast, then things will grow there. You can
buy anti-bacterial and anti-fungal paint for putting in bathrooms etc,
as well as long(ish)-lasting sprays that just come in a manual spray
bottle - you just spray and wipe the same as you would with a kitchen
bench cleaner etc.
