Is there such a thing?
We need this for a sauna Jacuzzi and bathroom.
The idea would be to leave it on overnight occasionally to kill any
spores/mould/fungi.

If it's for the water, then you can probably get an aquarium style ultra
violet filter unit that circulates water through a closed chamber with a
germicidal lamp in it. But if it's for a room, then you are looking
more for something like an ozone generator, which in this application
could either be a continuous low level unit, or a stronger unit that was
switched on automatically at night when the room wasn't occupied.

Ozone generators are also available for treating water, with the main
advantage over chlorine that they don't use any chemicals, and the
active component breaks down harmlessly into oxygen within about 20
minutes of generation.

I use a low level ozone generator in my own house as an air freshener,
since it gets rid of any organic smells and bacteria by oxidising them.
It also gives a nice fresh smell when you get close to the unit. You
can see how I built it on my website at http://www.bigclive.com

Now lets see if anyone starts ranting about the dangers of ozone....
