they hunt at night. during the day the mostly doze and soak up rays - important
for their metabolism as they need heat in order to function and why in the
winter they are not active, all temperature driven.
If you get a cold snap he might slow down a bit for you.


Okay, time for me to go to bed. I'm picturing muffin and DH floating ice
blocks in her pond to cool it enough to slow down that frog. ;-)
