Default Cultural Practice Problems of Trees and Shrubs

Cultural Practice Problems of Trees and Shrubs
From a recent University of Massachusetts Extension news release:

This seems to be a recurring theme among extension agents. Our
extension agent spoke a couple years ago about it. She stated that most
people come into their office with problems that are related to cultural
practices. They want to go to a garden center and by a spray that will
fix it. People are offended when they start asking questions about the
soil, the location, availability of moisture and light, etc. They
think the extension agent should be able to look at a sick leaf and give
a diagnosis.
