growing catnip indoors
We buy a 2" pot at the garden center every year, repot it in a 12" pot and
place it on our front porch in a bird cage about 2 1/2 feet tall. The
neighborhood cats can't eat it and it grows like crazy. The one plant will
supply our two cats with fresh nip all summer- and it dries into tasty
winter treat as well.

Has anyone ever had any success in growing catnip indoors? I would prefer
to
put it outside, but my 4 kitties (and the neighborhood strays) would
surely
crush the plant. Any advice is greatly appreciatiated. Thanks.
