Hello Group!

I don't have a lot of gardening experience (having been an apartment dweller
for most of my life) but this year I am growing potatoes for the first time!

The plants started flowering this week. Does this signal a need for action
on my part? As a total newbie, any info you could share with me would be
helpful...
