Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) comes in many flavors. See:

Looks like var. kurstaki is what you're after. And it appears Dipel is
a commercial product. One reference lists it as a synonym for
Thurcide.

Sevin is bad. It kills indescriminately -- butterflies, bees,
whatever.
