There are several types of "Moon and Stars". I raised one last year that was pink inside when it was ripe. Others I've seen advertised are yellow inside. Mine ripened at about 10 to 18 lbs and tasted great. I planted them again this year.

I'm talking about "Moon and Stars" a so called Amish heirloom variety.
I saw a pack of some seeds in a health food store that were also
called "Moon and Stars". The pack said they were ten pound melons,
definitely not what I had.
