Default are all elderberries edible?

I heard that the concentrate liquid is a cure-all for many ailments. Do any
of you know anything about it?

I use the flowers in my cold-go-away tea (elderberry, yarrow, calendula).

All are edible. Some are good eating, some are sour and will have you
run to the bathroom, all make good jelly.

Remember to remove the seeds of the red elderberries as they float up,
when you make your jam. And remove all green parts - no bathroom runs.
You won't like the red elderberry jam yourself, though, because you've
been breathing its fumes for a few hours.
