Hi,
Does anyone know if I can grow Brown Turkey figs in zone 6.5 Maryland
without taking the tree inside during winter? And which edible tree
sources are reliable?

If your are willing to wrap them they will grow in ground z6 w/ no
problem. I live on LI, NY z6/7 where we just had a week of temps dipping
into the 8 F range. Aside from some tip burn on 1 side the fig tree is in
good shape and I don't cover it .

Park Seed lists Brown Turkey and I have had good results w/ their plants.
