Richters, among other places. Dunno about germination though, the ones
I've got growing I bought as plants.

Plants are probably the best way to go. Mine came back this year from
last year, such a nice surprise. The first year, I faithfully took the
pot inside and it promptly died. Last fall, figuring they were gone, I
left them out and was rewarded with new plants in the pot this spring
(mild winter).

Such a wonderful plant. This summer, I gave one of my plants to friends
who have diabetes.

A piece of Stevia leaf and a chocolate peppermint leaf make a great
summertime treat. :-)
