Rozol pellets. They eat it, they die. Be sure the pellets are down in
the vole holes, so other critters don't snack on them. You may have to
do a little raking to find the quarter-sized holes.
Only thing I have found that actually works. And you have to do it
couple times a summer since the little buggers multiply
like.....voles.
