and scrounged some logs. Cost nothing.

You may have the wrong type of log to give the best conditions for the
mushrooms.


Just as well, cos the Shitake plugs produced masses of mycelia (?) but so
far no mushrooms. The oysters produced zilch. Diddly squat.



I know you can buy the logs ready spawned from some places.

Yep got mine from Future Foods.. (I think) logs not produced yet but
bog roll kits are doing OK.. Need to pick first crop and eat em!-)
