Default Cutting Flowers

For greenery, Pittosporum, Cryptomeria, maclayea, fatsias, ivies, vinca,
larger ferns, muehlenbeckia (sp), hostas in season, ligularia.
Don't forget coloured and twisted stems for structure.
For cut flowers: lots of daffs, tulips, hyacinths, anenomes, hellebores,
some paeonies, roses, carnations, alstroemeria, dahlias, chrysanths, lilies,
astilbes, rudbeckia, wands of cytisis (broom) in season, knautia, cleome,
antirhinnums.

For further ideas, have a look in a good florists. Choose plant material
that you like, or which is particularly expensive to buy.

I am going to start a new bed for cutting flowers. Can anyone give good
examples of flowers/greenery that will push into an oasis.

Thanks
