Good news Kye, your pressure cooker already is an autoclave. :-)
Run it at full pressure for at least 20 minutes.
You might want to run a flask or 2 or 3 but don't open them or use any
seeds. If nothing bad grows, you should be all set. If something grows
on the medium, you either need a longer time or higher
Temperature/pressure.
