Default [IBC] Books on pines

Hi Mike,

I'm sure that soon you will receive a message from Michael Persiano, author
of a soon to be published book on Japanese black and white pines. Having
read the book many times, I can safely say that it is going to be the
standard reference for these species. Look for it in the first half of 2004
(probably) from Stone Lantern Publishing.

"Master Techniques for Japanese White and Black Pines"
Bonsai Today Discovery Series

In the mean time, many back issues of "Bonsai Today magazine" and
"International BONSAI" magazine are filled with great articles on black
pine. www.bonsaitoday.com/ and www.internationalbonsai.com/ .

Kind regards,
Andy Rutledge

Hi all me again. I was wondering if anyone could point me to a good book

on
pines please. I don't really mind how much i spend as long as it is a good
book that explains them well. If there are some articles online that would
be just as good but again they need to be as thorough as possible please

as
i want to learn as much as i can. Pines really are one of the nicest

looking
type of tree i think but i am a beginner so maybe my opinion will change
later.
