Default Tiny white worms/bugs on PHALAENOPSIS flower

If they don't turn tan or brown right away add a few drops of dish detergent
to the alcohol and spray again.

Try a spray of isopropyl alcohol - straight from the drug store.

Not sure what exactly you are describing, but if the white stuff is on

the
leaves it could be mealie bugs. Please, more specific information.
