Default Tiny white worms/bugs on PHALAENOPSIS flower

My friend have PHALAENOPSIS there are many tiny white worm/bug on the
fetals.

My question is: how to treat the kind of disease

Not sure what exactly you are describing, but if the white stuff is on the

Try a spray of isopropyl alcohol - straight from the drug store.

If they don't turn tan or brown right away add a few drops of dish detergent
to the alcohol and spray again.
