Thanks for that piece of advice. My medium is pretty good size chunks
of bark mulch. I think it needs something finer. Also, the advice
about watering 2x per wk. is good.

I did take up the roots & most were withered with only a few white
spots very near the plant itself. Perhaps the finer medium & a little
more water will do the trick.
