Hey Red

I don't know your dosing schedules but you may need to be dosing more NO3.
Try a little more than usual and see how it does, this will help with your
green slime problem aswell. How much light do you have on the tank? Are you
using diy or compressed co2? How are your other plants doing?

was
shaded, so maybe light was an issue? CO2 and ferts everyother day....

any ideas?? Is it just destined to be a floating plant?
