If it's Tomatillo (Physalis ixocarpa), cook and eat them green or
yellow-green. Look for mexican salsa recipes. Alternatively:
- Slice and add to pizza before cooking
- Grill as you would tomatoes
- Cut in half and pop in a medium oven for about 15 mins.
