What are your soil conditions? My lilies don't multiply.

My soil is fairly quick draining and dries pretty quickly
after rain / watering the flower beds. Lily of the Valley,
Foxtail Lily and Scilla (Spanish Bluebell) all spread like
weeds unless controlled. Location - St. Helens, Lancashire.
