Default lily killer??

Hi all, I was moving some lily bulbs in the garden this weekend and they're looking nice and healthy. However, I very clumsily knocked off the little growing shoots on two bulbs. Can any of you knowledgable sorts tell me if they're doomed or will they re-grow?

Hoping for the latter!

Thanks, Bob

May not flower this year, but if they are anything like some
of the lilies in my garden, in a few years you will be
wondering how to stop them taking over the entire garden.

Lucky you!
What are your soil conditions? My lilies don't multiply.

Good old Scottish sog, sticky but not quite clay, full of stones and old bits of glass, very wet for about 10 months of the year and currently frosty! I thought the lillies would never make it myself, I was originally digging them up to see if they had made it through the winter unrotted and uneaten and was surprised to see them shooting and rooting so healthily.

My soil is fairly quick draining and dries pretty quickly
after rain / watering the flower beds. Lily of the Valley,
Foxtail Lily and Scilla (Spanish Bluebell) all spread like
weeds unless controlled. Location - St. Helens, Lancashire.
