And I'd like to add, anytime someone thinks they need to completely change
the water, it is far, far better to do small frequent water changes every
2nd or 3rd day for a number of times. You many have run off or other stuff
that just needs to be diluted. Small frequent water changes will not affect
the main balance, especially if there is a day or two between them, but can
correct whatever is causing the problem quite often. ~ jan
