Cut off the tops (they make handy funnels) from 2 litre PET bottles

I cut the bottoms off and use the hole in the top as:

- Ventilation
- For a stick held in place with a clothes peg to stop the whole thing
blowing away.

funnels etc., they're very good for home-brewed beer. They'll take
