Group,

I have a Japanese Maple that wind knocked over and
knocked out of its pot. I need to do a repot of the
tree. Any suggestions for minimizing stress to the
full-foliaged beauty. It is probably 45+ years old
and was a gift from a good friend. I really DON'T
want to lose it.

Keith

Keith,

Just repot it; the tree should not be stressed if you put it back in a pot.
If you leave it out of the pot, you'll stress it.
