Usual advice from tech support would be to clear cache - or if

fails reinstall application.

Since several months I cannot reach

(209.145.246.17).
I know the BCI web site is working properly since others can
access it
without problems.
Today someone gave me another link : www.bonsai-bsf.com
(209.145.247.20). Same thing, unreachable.
Both sites are in the same subnet, so I guess some router must

be
faulty.

I contacted digitalresources.net one month ago, but did not

have
any
answer despite several reminders. :-(((((
I also contacted limelightnetworks.com which answered the same
day :-)
They told me I should contact digitalresources.net.

Please help.
