Default [IBC] BCI web site unreachable

I clicked on the links provided within your e-mail and reached the site with no problem. Must be a local issue. If you haven't already, you might try to reach digital resources at:

Web Hosting / Web Development:

Or

Tech Support:

Sorry I can't be more help....

Subject: [IBC] BCI web site unreachable

Hi,

Since several months I cannot reach
www.bonsai-bci.com (209.145.246.17).

I know the BCI web site is working properly since others can access it

without problems.

Today someone gave me another link : www.bonsai-bsf.com

(209.145.247.20). Same thing, unreachable.

Both sites are in the same subnet, so I guess some router must be faulty.

I contacted digitalresources.net one month ago, but did not have any

answer despite several reminders. :-(((((

I also contacted limelightnetworks.com which answered the same day :-)

They told me I should contact digitalresources.net.

Please help.

Kind regards,

Jean-Christophe

Alan,
Could be any of a thousand reasons. Obviously it's in the
computer.
Usual advice from tech support would be to clear cache - or if
all else
fails reinstall application.
Alternatively, try connecting with another web browser -
Netscape,
Mozilla, etc.)
Jim

Sorry guys, is has nothing to do with my computer nor my browser with
are working perfectly. I know most of you can reach bonsai-bci.com &
bonsai-bsf.com. But I cannot, the route is broken. Obviously, there must
be a misconfiguration at some router, (probably at digital resources) as
you can clearly see here :

If you don't understand those traceroute and ping, just forward them to
the appropriate technical person. I tried to contact digital resources
myself, but did not get any response. You'll maybe have more luck than
me.

Sorry for being so thechnical :-S
Thanks for your help,
Jean-Christophe

Why are we doing this here? The initial request was fine,
but we aren't diagnosticians.
