Is it too late to plant these Garlic bulbs as it predomently wet at the
mo.

Well, this rain must stop eventually. Will it ever!?! Indeed they'll
rot if you plant them in a really soggy ground. I'll wait till the rain
stop for a couple of days and give myself until end of the month to
plant them because it's been really mild this season. I've already put
mine in. What I'd do too is cover some ground to keep the rain out for
a week and then plant your gloves. Is the Marco pink or white?

Or plant them in pots and overwinter them in an unheated but light
place, and knock them out of the pots in the spring, and plant the
contents with the bulbs in-situ.
