My banana (Basjoo) got through last year's cold snap unprotected (except by
rampant bamboo) and resprouted from the top - I really must get out there
and wrap up the 6 foot trunk - it'd be a shame for it to start again from
the bottom when it's so close to flowering size ....

I think we'll have to move the tree fern in if it gets any colder but it
seems to be "so far so good". The Ensetes went in a week or so ago, before
we had any frost at all.
