Hi Len,

Not that it makes much difference, but Electrolux are actually the biggest
whitegoods manufacturer in the world. They own the Westinghouse, Kelvinator,
Simpson and Frigidaire brands and many others as well as their Electrolux
vacuum cleaners. As well they have their finger in many other pies as the
reference to Jonsered and Husqvarna show.
However, you are basically correct, they have little interest in supplying
replacement parts and any examination of their business methods would show
that they are reducing their service and parts commitment in Australia to a
minimum.

Blessings to you too.
