I thought that your comment was advice to the effect that the loosecannon
(always dangerous types) should exercise some ingenuity and improvise with
an alternative coil for his broken toy. Which was my thought, but I decided
that he would not appreciate it.

But he has come back with an inscrutable reply. Is it really in your
Fathers's shed. Did I miss something between the lines?
