maximimum possible hassle for everyone but baldrick bunt, so I would
think he is going to strongly object to the telephone conferencing,
preferring to be in court alone, so he has every opportunity to tell
more lies......................

written submissions to the court..................

Then argue that and produce proof at the CMC, seems straight forward enough.
